Sean Truman commented on CLOUDSTACK-1654:
-----------------------------------------

I have worked around this issue by editing the cloud-agent init.d script and on
shut down I use ifconfig to down cloud0 and then I remove the bridge using
brctl.

> Management & Host installed on same machine, Management cannot get ID.

> When management and host/agent is installed on the same machine, the
> host/agent creates cloud0 bridge. When the server is rebooted the management
> cannot start because cloud0 is the first interface on the server and
> management cannot obtain an ID.
