Hi Rohit,
Its not the new systemvm template , it's the old one only
http://download.cloud.com/templates/burbank/burbank-systemvm-08012012.ova .
Previous what was happening that after upgrading from 3.0.2 to 4.0 the
templates of system VMs were not getting updated to this new template, but
after this fix it does.
