Are you using centos 6.3 ?
this error is due to the new security layer implemented on libvirt, you
need to downgrade to libvirt 0.9.4-23
and restart your cloud-agent.
after that every thing will work fine.

I had 3 hosts in my cluster , between the other 2 host i can migrate vm,
also i can migrate the vm's to this host but when i try to migrate to
other host i get the error.
The problem is only with one host.
