Hi, I have successfully made it work with many other distributions like: Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, OpenSUSE Also works with FreeBSD and Windows for me. Never tried gentoo or slackware
It is very likely you will need to adapt the cloud-set-guest-password script to fit your OS. You need to be aware where your dhcp client does save ip and gw information, then update the script with the proper locations and proper passwd/mkpasswd commands. All of the above differ from OS to OS and DHCP client to DHCP client. I have been unsuccessful so far getting it to update the password when changed via the Hypervisor. It still has the default password and doesn't seem to want to pull the new one.
