In CentOS i solve the problem setting in /etc/sysconfig/network the HOSTNAME=localhost.localdomain and in debian y clean the file /etc/hostname
In both system i delete the dhcp information and the udev . delete this file /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules and this files /var/lib/dhcp/* Then i create the template and all works fine.
