I think that, I found the solotion. 1) First, I will set up a target server (srv1) with the following actions : - with a debian base, I'll install a "iscsitarget" package, - creating 1 Volume Group (vg0) - creating 1 logical groupes (storage-cloud-lun1)
2) Setting up the initiator (CS Management srv) - Ubuntu based, install "open-iscsi" - create an nfs share for primary and secondary storage Let me know if this procedure is ok. regards On 11 September 2012 17:22, Marcos Ortiz <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > Maybe, you could use openfiler or freenas in order to simulate and iscsi > array, it´s linux bases and maybe can help you > > Un saludo, > > > Marcos Ortiz Fernández > IT Technical Engineer > > Parque Empresarial Rivas Futura Teléfono: +34 902 196 047 > Calle Marie Curie 7 Edificio Beta Fax : +34 915 > 275 904 > 28521 – Madrid > > > > -----Mensaje original----- > De: Nik Martin [mailto:[email protected]] > Enviado el: martes, 11 de septiembre de 2012 16:54 > Para: [email protected] > Asunto: Re: Setup Iscsi storage as Primary an Secodary storage > > On 09/11/2012 09:02 AM, claude bariot wrote: > > Thanks for your reaction. > > > > Sory for my basic english. > > > > So, I'll setup the primary and secondary storage on the same machine > > bat a separate directory. > > > > I know, howto setup it on CS. > > Bat I don't how to prepare an iscisi debian based.
