Hi, No, I don’t think so. Maybe in later versions but in version 3.0.2 you cannot.

You cannot do anything about it in 3.0.2 and if a user clicks on it will get "You do not have any project message." Click on that and search/scroll down for "projects" . When you find "allow.user.create.projects" , set it to False .
