Editting vm property in Cloudstack

Hello,

Just wonder if Cloudstack supports VM property
editing(online/offline) features

The features includes,
    - add a new volume when vm running(or stopped)
    - modify vm's file system size when vm running(or stopped)
    - modify vm's CPU numbers 
    - modify vm's mem size
