XenServer is listening on port 443, I assume XCP is listening on port 443 also. You can find out the port by netstat -anp
If you can telnet 443, Then you need to find out why XCP turn down the request. XenServer log is at /var/log/xensource.log, not sure where is XCP log. A possible reason is user/password doesn't match.
