Could you try pinging your MS IP from the machine where you are running your UI and check if it's pingable ? Seems you have your management server running on your local host . Also Just curious to know if
1) you are using a linux virtual box to deploy cloudstack with the network adapter set to "Bridged adapter" with Intel Centrino mode activated ? 2) Or are you using the linux OS on your baremetal ?
