I don’t really have NIC6. NIC5 and NIC6 mac address is just same!

Environment :
Xenserver 6.0.2 (Applied hotfixes XS602E001 to XS602E011)
4 Gigabit NIC port(Broadcom) (eth0, eth1, eth2, eth3)
2 10Gigabit NIC port(Intel) (eth4, eth5)
2 10Gigabit NIC port is bonded for separate storage network.(eth4 + eth5)
Eth3 is for the management, eth0 is for the guest network.
Using CS 4.0.0-incubating.

Is it my issue is related to this issue
(http://bugs.cloudstack.org/browse/CS-14655) ?

Sorry for my terrible English.
