Thanks for detailing the setup.

You should definitely work with 4.0, and I am not aware of a specific issue 
with XCP/CloudStack on CentOS. So stick to one OS.

Did you try what Marc Cirauqui mentioned in the thread below ?

The traffic labels in Xen Center and CloudStack need to match.
We may have to wait for Marc to enlighten us and he is probably taking a break 
this week :)
