The only thing I see that may be causing an issue is "/LUN1" - LUNS are
an integer index staring at 0. They may have a plain English name as
well, but i think the Cloudstack initiator is expecting just the index
of the LUN, which in your case is 1. A test is to try to connect to the
iSCSI target using xencenter that is connected to one of your cloudstack
hypervisors. When you can connect there, you should be able to also
connect using the same info in the CS UI.

When I tried to add iSCSI from CS UI, I'm getting below error. I
