This sounds incorrect, eth1 should be private ip, eth2/eth3 should be public 
ip. The ip address on eth1 is got from pod's reserved ip address range. Ip 
addresses of eth2/eth3 are got from pubic ip range. Check your ip address 
configuration, make sure you get it right.
