I'm currently providing shared storage within a client's network from physical 
HW.
I'm currently not allowing our client's to shut down all their VMs in the same 
time :)

Addition to the requirements:
- Usage must reflect that the network is in use even if there are no running VM 
(maybe it does already, just wanted to make sure)
