Demetrius, Refer - https://cwiki.apache.org/CLOUDSTACK/ssvm-troubleshooting.html. Step 1 will tell you how to login in to the SSVM. SSVM's are stateless and they are recreated using the database state. This is why a new instance is being created. CS logs will have more info on why the SSVM is being stopped unexpectedly. Can you share them please?
