I cannot reproduce the issue you posted in any way. Could you
please describe your environment in more details? Like:
1. Which version/branch CS is in your environment?
2. How do you deploy your basic zone, was it been successfully created
(system vms are working properly and can be deployed with vm instances )
before navigating to the network section?
