Subject: Unable to log in as Admin

I have performed multiple clean installations of CentOS 6.3 and Cloudstack 
4.0.0. I am able to install everything without error and everything seems to 
run smooth. I open my web browser to log into the admin account for the first 
time and I get an “Invalid username or password” error. I used firebug to view 
the page as I submit the login and it throws a 404 error for :8080/client/api 
and :8080/eula.
