I think in 4.0 and master this was broken. Marcus or Edison could probably comment to that. Can you try deleting the snapshots from the cloudstack UI? If that doesnt work, we can work to devise a method where we query the db, identify valid snapshots, then using virsh commands delete the failed snapshots.
