So I saw this behavior on KVM local storage on 4.0.0, and thought for sure that I filed a bug for it, but can't find it now. However, it was a rendering problem as the graphs and API calls described consumption properly. That seems to be gone in 4.0.1, though I don't see it called out in the release notes as something that was fixed. --David
