Hello,
Do you have cloud-agent installed on the host? Also, make sure there is
no firewall on the management server or the host restricting traffic
between them.
Another thing to check is time, make sure both servers report same time
and they have NTP daemon running.
In the host side, if you tail /var/log/agent/*log (assuming you have
the agent installed) and /var/log/audit/audit.log can you notice any
activity? In audit log you should be able to track logins from the
management server and other commands.
