Hi Paul, You have two options now, assuming you are still unable to remove the POD.
You can update the database manually, and mark the POD as removed, or, if this is a pure test system and there are no other resources in use, ie no Clusters or Hosts etc, you could simply drop the DB Schema then re-deploy it and start with a fresh configuration. To manually mark the pod as deleted, after taking a backup of the DB first, add the current date/time to the 'removed' column in the 'host_pod' table, this will mark it as removed.
