1. Select Accounts in lift toolbars,and select your account (for example i used admin ) admin->"View Users"->"admin". 2. edit "Details"and change timezone.

Right now, it looks like it is set to GMT. Searching for timezone in the Global Settings, there are two configurable inputs but it does not seem to have an effect for the UI: usage.aggregation.timezoneThe timezone to use for usage stats aggregationGMT usage.execution.timezoneThe timezone to use for usage job execution time And the timezone mentioned here http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.0.0-incubating/html-single/API_Developers_Guide/index.html#time-zonesI think relate more to the two options for usage aggregation/execution. Any other options?
