Tom,

CloudStack deployed a number of scripts onto XenServer when you added it to a
Cluster. If you really want to use the XenServer Host but without CloudStack,
you could try deleting it from the Cluster but this will also remove the
Primary Storage.

I think the safest way to 'liberate' a host from CloudStack is to do a fresh
install of XenServer

Subject: Removing Cloudstack

Hi All,

So I am testing removing Cloudstack's management of a xen pool.

All I thought I would need to do is to stop cloud-management service. This
works fine and it stops the management of the VM's, however I notice that the
heart beat files on my storage repositories is still being updated every
minute. What process is controlling this? Is there a cloudstack service running
on each of the Xen hosts, because I cannot see anything?

Thanks.
