Aditya,

Once they get started below resources, there are lot of opportunities in 
testing and automation which is a very good way to start to learn product hands 
on. 
Please do encourage them in this area if there is interest. We have selenium 
framework and python framework which they can use to contribute. 
Also current release have a ton of new features which will help them in 
learning and contributing to specific areas in cloudstack.
