Tawfiq

When you add a Host, you can specify the 'hosttags' parameter, and you can also 
update the tags using the updatehost api call

e.g.

http://nn.nn.nn.nn:nn/client/api?command=updateHost&id=hostid&hosttags=tag1,tag2,tag3
