It seems like a configuration field was left empty or has an inappropriate value while setting up the test run. You can find the details about the cause of the failure if you click on the "exception" links on the page you posted. After making sure that you filled out all the fields as described in the instructions, if you still get the same error, you can send your configuration parameters.
