Can you please try to modify /etc/hosts on all three machines and
add both localhost and host names of other machines?
Please also make sure that each machine can ssh to localhost without
requiring a password.

I google this problem. Some people said that ssh without password,
firewall stop, ping successfully, use the ip address not use hostname.
I check these problem in my environment, all of them do not exist in
my environment. I have no any idea about this problem, Any advice will
