Hi.
This looks like a GraphLab problem, not a problem particularly related to
tunkrank.
We have never run into this problem. However, we have run into other problems
with
GraphLab when we used a g++ version older than what's recommended on the
GraphLab website (g++ 4.3).
You might also want to check if there are any warnings when you run the
configure script to see your computer
meets all the requirements.

Hi,

I was able to set up graph analytics smoothly but when I run tunkrank,
I get the following error -

INFO:     distributed_ingress_base.hpp(finalize:166): Finalizing Graph...
ERROR:    distributed_ingress_base.hpp(finalize:448): Check failed:
graph.lvid2record.size()==graph.local_graph.num_vertices()  [1999 ==
1000]
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'char const*'

This happens with both the synthetic and the twitter input set. Does
anyone know the fix for this?
