Dear Lu, There is no single document describing the setup of the full toolchain. However, it's not that hard to set up. I suggest you start by setting up Flexus and verifying that it works. There is a Getting Started guide for that (http://parsa.epfl.ch/simflex/software/Flexus-Getting-Started-4.0.0.pdf).
After Flexus is properly set up, you can download the CloudSuite Simics images which you can use on Flexus to generate your checkpoints and run your timing analyses.
