Hi Muyi, That's weird! Please check that you create a network (e.g., docker network create my_net) and make sure that you run all the containers with this network (e.g., --net=my_net). Moreover, make sure you are using the exact container names that are mentioned in the instructions (because they are used in the configuration files).
If you still see the error, please check the php log file in the web_server container. There should be more detailed information.
