Great! There two ways: You open a ticket in the bug tracker [1] of CLucene (where you can attach the patches) or you just send them to the mailing list. In my oppinion, it would be useful, if you add a short explaination, what caused the bug is and why do your patch fixed it. This will help to undertstand yor patch.
