I mentioned it breifly at the Barbecue, and I'd like to have a small LAN party this upcomming weekend.

Small meaning... The more people the better, as many as we can fit while not tripping any breakers :)

I have ADSL 1.5 /  640 routed /w DHCP on my 10.x network. Net acces isn't a problem.

I have a 5 port Switch 10/100 and an 8port hub.
I have one long table that can fit possibly 4 computers, I have one kitchen table (just need to fix the leg so it it's super sturdy) that can fit 3 possibly.

I have 3 computers here and 3 roomies that are good for games.
I know one other that, for sure can come. So thats 4 so far.

I have 2 couches, and 2 kitchen chairs for seating and two other chairs after that its byoc.

as for tables, I'd buy one fold up table (as all my budget can afford) if someone has a cosco card.

I have a few patch cables, I think half a dozen, and many power cords. No monitor cords, so please don't forget!

Spending the night is not a problem.

My address is #43 40-Radcliffe Cres. S.E. (kitty corner to Marlborough mall)
My home ph. is 207-4323.

How many is the max?
Uhm, the service box for juice is I believe...(I run to check.) 125 amps. We have no dryer. how many 10/15/20 amp breakers... 3 maybe four 10's? I'm not sure. enough I should think.

Cost?
two bucks. A buck for electricity, and a buck if you use windows.
(I'm just kidding a buck is fine for the electricity)

Games?
UT, Quake, and anything else people have to suggest. I'm still new to Linux games. A hack session is cool, file swappin is cool. If you bring beer, and you do not know your own limit, never pass out in the walk way or in the bathroom or you will be drawn on, and taken pictures of. I'll be messin with WineX CVS tonight see what windows games I have run on it.

Did I mention? Bring beer!
I may be able to get 2 or more extra guys, ontop of the 4 for-sures maybe more... Then its anyone from CLUG.

If you have any extra net gear, chairs, tables, or a power box that plugs into say a stove or dryer outlet (if we get that many) that would be cool! I'd like to build one when I'm finished school.

I'll plug the microwave into the neighbors heh, and the fridge to the  car block-heater outlet plugins outside :)

Time?
after wook Friday to Sunday evening.

Anything else... hmm.. Yes!!! email me, clear your plans!
Lets game!
This weekend!

Game on!
