Another fall back:

I have an older style projector that plugs into a laptop and shoots the 
image onto a glass screen.  Lay this onto an overhead style project (the 
ones used by teachers and profs) with a strong light, and presto, your 
computer generated image (e.g PPT) is onto the wall or screen.
