For convincing our governements... You'd have to explain why, to a person who may or may not be computer literate. You would have to show why with examples, TCO, who is going to fix it... etc. Countless debates... as most of us are Pro-Linux... There are some out there that are religously Pro-Microsoft. Don't ask me why... Find the decision maker, and target them with as much evidence proving the benefits thats possible.
