The ones that I am familiar with, and use at my own sites, are PHPNuke, PostNuke, Geeklog. I have found that the list of addons, themes and customizations is growing constantly with PHPNuke. And when/if you look at openenterprise.ca, there are LOTS of other blocks (webcam, administration, TV Channels, Random Photo's, Shoutcast Server etc etc) that are there when an Administrator logs in. I cannot imagine working without PHPNuke since it not only provides me with a fast and easy to manage database backed Web site, and Content Management, but access to my own Network and System tools as well as personal Web Apps like Journals, Project Management, Document Management, Groupware, Email Server Admin etc. I have not used or seen anything that comes close and it has been invaluable. Interested in others recomendations since I am always willing to switch to something "better" however one defines "better".
