This one's pretty dear to me as I used to work at MosCom. Back then we had four people managing a nationwide network of 50+ Linux/Solaris servers and over a hundred Cisco routers from a lowly Linux workstation.

I've got friends in the universities in the Philippines (students & faculty) who really don't like MS.
