Uncomment the lines "application/octet-stream application/vnd.cups-raw 0 -" in /etc/cups/mime.conv and "application/octet-stream" in /etc/cups/mime.types and restart CUPS.
>From your log.smbd file it looks like you setup the printers in CUPS using RAW instead of a CUPS driver and are using the windows driver on the Win2k clients.
