that's a fine idea and can be accomplished shortly. all the same, public
discussion is required for such things since many may hear of an idea and
think its a great idea at first because they don't understand all the
ramifications of it. i think that by now we do have all the cards on the
table, though...
in any case, before we plunge on into the world of web forums, a good FIRST
step would be a site redesign. why? because it fills a need that currently
ISN'T filled (whereas a web forum would be a duplication of solution at best)
and would help us discover those who have a commitment to improving the web
presence.
with the site redesign out of the way, *then* i think we could start seriously
pondering what to add to it. until that part gets done, i'm personally
finished with the web forum discussion and will not support the creation or
management of one.
