Thank you to all who posted replies to my inquiry. My sister has decided to get my parents the LCD flat panel monitor after all. I am now just waiting on what her decision is, whether that be getting it directly from DELL, or getting one locally from Memory Express. As well as whether she's getting the 15" or 17".
