erm, no.. pink sheet refers to the fact that it isn't listed on the big board 
but is traded over the counter (OTC). yes, that usually means greater risk 
due to less (well, practically no) regulation compared to stocks that are 
actually listed on the exchange. but just because something is OTC (or pink 
sheet) doesn't mean it is fly-by-night or doomed. nor does being listed mean 
that it isn't ;-)

oh-k... are they attempting to raise more capital by selling off stock but 
can't or it won't be enough due to the price? 

also note how high RH IPO'd vs their current stock price. or VA. or just about 
anyone who IPO'd in the tech market during the peak of the bubble.

again, i ask: do you have information regarding the finances of MDK beyond 
it's stock price and the fact that it is an OTCBB stock? or is this just 
baseless supposition / fearmongering?

what does RH's warchest have to do w/MDK's financial liquidity? or are you 
implying that RH plans to purchase / invest in MDK?
