It depends on your location I suppose. I would look at the following:

Flexicom(Airdrie) - http://www.flexicomwireless.com/
WiBand - http://www.wiband.com

I don't know of any others, except TeraGo, but they don't service much on the outskirts of the city, unless you want to pay big bucks for an install.
