I remember a similar thread on the list awhile ago about Acce$$ comperable datbase projects. I will try and find the link and will post again. If anyone else knopws it feel free!
But I would to disagree that Acce$$ and the StarOffice database's are incompatible. I have specsheet on 6.0 that talks about compatibility. WIll try and find it. I also have copies of older version if anyone wants them...for both windows and linux. Here's an interesting project I ran across. It allows you to access your Access databases under Linux. Man I wish I had a tool like this when I actually had a need to use access databases under Linux :-). Here's the info from GNOME Developers News: "There is a cool project out there called mdbtools which aims a creating a set of tools for making the information in Access files available to Unix users. Not only that they have a really cool GNOME 2 frontend in the works. Check links below for homepage and screenshot. http://mdbtools.sourceforge.net/ http://mdbtools.sourceforge.net/gmdb/gmdb2screenshot.png "
