btw, i finally got a chance to run chimera ... once it's a bit more "along"

they used to own ~10%, but Apple has bought most of it back AFAIK... as for
say in Apple's day-today, they were non-voting shares IIRC.. it was purely a
$$ investment on MS's part, perhaps at least partly to ensure that they had
"competition"...
