yes, and it is unfortunate. the good news is that this does not mean they are
dead or going away. this is bankruptcy protection, not bankruptcy itself
(e.g. shutting the doors), and as such offers MDK a way to potentially
resructure their debts successfully.
seeing as their revenues are rising and their costs declining and they no
longer have those moron managers at the helm, they do have a chance to pull
through.
things are still shaky and completely not "for sure" though (for good or for
bad). the next 6 months (and the release of 9.1) will be crucial for MDK.
