Mark Lane was kind enough to point out that we had omitted a vital bit in our Bylaws regarding borrowing money. The Bylaws have been amended with the required verbage according to the Societies Act. Mark Lane's group went through a similar tribulation when registering their Society and thought he would save us a headache. Thanks again Mark! Also, a few members expressed their inability to attend the next meeting and therefore were going to miss the Bylaw vote. I decided to avail myself to those members and make several hours available at my home this weekend to enable them to vote in advance. This is only open to those Tier Two members that cannot make the meeting. The cote will be presided over by myself and either another one of my fellow esteemed Executive Board members or a non-voting witness. The website has also been updated to inform more people of these changes.
