evolution and kmail use the same storage formats AFAIK...

so you should be able to simply copy your evolution folders over to your 
~/Mail folder (being careful not to overwrite what's in there if you have any 
mail you want to keep in kmail already). as for the addressbook, open 
kaddressbook and select Import -> VCard and locate the evolution addressbook 
on your system. 

i'm assuming you are using KDE3...
