it's a PowerPC based server discontinued in the late 90s. a quick websearch 
shows the C20 to be a 120Mhz 604. in it's day it was regarded as a good 
system and these systems were sold in the $10k range IIRC... these days 
you'll still see people asking $1000+ for them. this is a good deal if you 
are into that sort of thing. it isn't a powerhouse, by any means though.

i really don't know which distros would reliably install on that machine. 
debian, SuSe and Yellow Dog all have RS/6000 support, but i don't know if 
they cover that particular model. netBSD may also be an option.
