Glad to help J
Yep - iPAQ stuff should work on the Zaurus. The iPAQ 3830 is the same hardware as the Zaurus 5000 - the developer edition; the iPAQ 3850 is the same hardware as the Zaurus 5500, which was the commercial version. Hadn't looked into the Zaurus 5600, the most recent release but I believe it's got Bluetooth incorporated like the lastest iPAQ.

Thank you for the enlightening links! OpenZaurus looks like a really good option for Zaurus users. The fact that it is also Debian-/ipkg-compatible is nice to see. If I don't miss my guess, it might be a nice bridge between the Zaurus default ROM (if not flexible enough for a user) and a Familiar/Intimate-style distribution (which, of course, are for the iPAQ -- but would they work on the Zaurus, being that it is StrongARM as well? I don't know).
Thank you OSS, for bringing flexibility and options to handheld computing. :-)
Curtis.
