Agreed. On top of that, the statement appears to be a bit of a biting comment at script kiddies, in particular referring to using the Mondo software to backup the data which is of primary importance to script kiddies: warez (illegal mp3s, movies, programs, etc.) (an over-simplification, but my interpretation of the intent of the author).
It seems (to me, anyway) to be a bit tongue-in-cheek, as well.
